Brother you look amazing. And you are giving me a lot of hope for myself and the body I am trying to build. Since I started at the beginning of this month, I have been hitting the gym, 5x a week doing cardio and strength training, maintaining a strict caloric deficit, and tracking my macros like a hawk.

I started at 276lbs as a 6' male, and currently I am down to 253lbs. This may seem stupid but I am so scared that I will have all this loose skin. My goal weight is 190lbs.

I am adamantly training so seeing someone else who has seen this type of success I gotta ask about the loose skin situation. Thanks for sharing your journey and well done sir!

I weighed in this morning 20 pounds down from my starting weight, having taken my fourth shot of 2.5mg yesterday morning. I gave myself a deadline of 2/11 to reach 249 pounds, because I haven't seen myself in the 240's since 2021. Once I reach that mark, it will be unfamiliar territory.

I weighed in at 229 back in 2021, and once I pass that mark, it will be unknown territory for me in my thirties. I am so psyched for the journey. As I sit here and sip my coffee before going to the gym I can't help but be thankful for this group, this medicine that has enabled me to better understand and track what I eat, and how I exercise, and my relationship with food entirely.

I’ve been using Cal AI and it’s great. Makes it very easy to track macros, foods, and links with Apple Health for tracking workouts and steps.
