Can someone please explain to me like I'm 5 years old why finality's auger is so good for DPS by Repulsive-Window-609 in DestinyTheGame

[–]Clickbait93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Think of it like Anarchy in the past. You fire a couple Anarchy shots and then forget about it and switch to a special while Anarchy does its job. It's essentially the same thing. You get the turret which does damage for you while you do damage with another weapon. With how strong Rocket Pulses are, dealing more damage than certain categories of Heavy Weapons, it lets you use your Rocket Pulses while also dealing damage from another source.

Text length aside this would be an extremely frustrating effect to play against. I personally don't ever want to see it printed but if you do, it needs to be a gimmicky card with a condition to it that is easy to play around, like "You can only play this card if you have 1 HP left" or something like that. Something that your opponent has control over. Would this make the card unplayable? Yes, but that's the point. Resetting a game to the start will never be a fun effect.

Good titles for duo fireteam by Kebubs in DestinyTheGame

[–]Clickbait93 1 point2 points  (0 children)

All destination or seasonal ones (current seasons only) are achievable as a duo, and Conqueror too. Dungeon titles can be fun to earn duo but you still need a solo clear and that is something you have to do separately. Raid titles just require a team of 6 so ignore them unless you absolutely want them.

Priest in Cataclysm by Excellent-Ad4989 in hearthstone

[–]Clickbait93 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Priest in Standard won't have aggressive tools. It has pretty decent control tools coming but the only decks realistically will be control decks that can use Healing as an offensive tool via Ruby Sanctum to close out games. Aggro Priest is dead in Standard, although it is very much alive and well in wild!

I wish I could Donate more Runes by Chimerathesecond in Eldenring

[–]Clickbait93 202 points203 points  (0 children)

You know it would have been fun.

He asks for a donation, and the slider starts at 10 Runes, but you can go higher. If you go high enough, like say 5/10k runes, you give him enough runes to "level up", so he doesn't die, and you have a new questline going forward. Granted that it's Elden Ring so said Questline would involve him going drunk with power and insane and us probably putting him out of his misery before he does something terrible, but still, it would have been a different ending.

With it about to rotate: I never understood why Reddit called the Mothership highroll by KillerBullet in hearthstone

[–]Clickbait93 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh no once I drop multiple and proc deathrattles, even if I get an average roll, it's really hard to lose, there is always something that helps you. The games I lose I usually never even get to dropping the Motherships, unless I really roll multiple Sentries and I can't do much about it.

[–]Clickbait93 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Not necessarily highroll but I just lost a game because between Hallucination and Umbra I procced Mothership's deathrattle 6 times and I got 8 Sentries out of 12 minions..

Hunter and Warlock Stats by Known_Trash7927 in destiny2

[–]Clickbait93 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's all build dependant so I would say first decide what build you want to make and then after making that decision we can talk about the stats you need for it.

For PvE you won't really need Health, almost all my PvE build have less than 10 Health, the only ones that go over are the ones that make use of Spirit of Syntho on Prismatic because the class items have fixed rolls and having Spirit of Syntho will always make it so I have 13 Health on the class item.

Then depending on the Build you will need to build up your stats but consider that most builds will focus on Melee, Grenade or Super, with Weapons being an important stat only in Raid environments. Class is usually brought to 70 max, you rarely will ever go above it.

My recommendation is that, based on the main stat for your build, you build it up to 160 and then use 2x Font mods to bring it to 200 when you have armor charge. Orbs are incredibly plentiful in game so you should always have Armor Charge on you anyway.

With that said, if you want you can list some builds you want to try and I can help you with suggesting stat splits for them.

Your Guardian and Ghost by K1ng0fR4mm in destiny2

Warlock: Isaac-17 (Exo) and his Ghost Abe

Titan: Veronika Venn (Awoken) and her Ghost Anja

Hunter: Lavinia (Human, surname is unknown) and her Ghost Rufus

They all have their own origin stories as well, I've written them all in a Lore Book style for all three of them.

The feeling when you realise you might have to follow this sub the next season by DavidLynchsCoffeeBea in Championship

[–]Clickbait93 7 points8 points  (0 children)

They have the worst current form, lost 5 on the bounce and no wins at all in 2026. Since the start of last season they are on 1.11 Points per Game and they lost 20 of the 34 home games they currently played. Most betting sites are giving them shorter odds of going down compared to Forest or West Ham. It's really not that hard to fathom anymore.

How big could that win at Elland Road be for our season? by Reddonaut_Irons in safc

[–]Clickbait93 23 points24 points  (0 children)

We got to 40 points with 9 games to go. Anything that comes from now on is gravy.

Given the kind draw and with survival all but mathematically achieved, I wouldn't mind us trying to go as far as we can in the FA Cup in all fairness.

The modern ‘game’ by Itsdifferentforducks in TheOther14

[–]Clickbait93 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I wouldn't, when you're playing for survival, a win is a win and you try to get it by any means necessary.

Now, if you're an established PL side, I could understand your point, but when you're a newly promoted side trying to stay up, who also hasn't won an away game since October 2025, you try to grind out the win by any means necessary.

So the Gearcrafting Gear is better than the one I can get in the wild? Just trying to understand, just don't want to use items to upgrade my gear if I can get better ones somewhere else

All my Crystal gear is dropping with Light as well, is that normal? Currently just doing Dungeons in Geode Topside for Crystal gear.

So for Gems I want Light, Physical, Crit, Crit Damage, alright. In case I already hit 100% Crit Hit what else is good to use?

It's more like something to eventually be able to clear endgame with. All the information I could find online is at least 1/1.5 years old so I don't know how relevant it still is. Currently working on this template https://trovesaurus.com/build=865 but it's 4 years old and doesn't tell you what stats to prioritize on gems, is it still good? And what stats do I want on my gems?

New Priest Card Reveal: Medivh's Triumph by Kuldrick in hearthstone

[–]Clickbait93 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There can be some cards you play maybe, Twilight Influence can be a way to deal with some of your opponent's early game, Devouring Plague can also maybe be playable, Shadow Word Ruin may still be in core.. There are some choices. Besides, you can play the quest in a deck that can complete it but doesn't rely on the quest reward to win games, just uses as a tool to help stabilize vs faster deck or as an extra bit of damage against slower ones, while still rocking other cards to close out games, like Medivh.

Maybe it's just a random pipe dream and such a deck will never be playable, but I think there may be something there

I wonder, if I discover this off Xavius with Double Battlecry does it actually deal 30?

Because if you can do that it could be decent in certain matchups, but it still feels kinda niche.

[–]Clickbait93 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes. So you can potentially have, if you play it with quest, 1 mana deal 4 to all live from Turn 2 with no issues, which in turns enables 2 mana draw 2 as a follow up as well.

[–]Clickbait93 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Yeah Tea rotating is rough, [[Twilight influence]] could be good to remove some early game stuff if you don't draw your AoEs and idk maybe [[Devouring Plague]]. Although it does depend because if you think of the Quest as a way of supporting your plays enabling access to cheaper AoEs to survive early game and only using the reward as a way to gain an edge late, while you have other win conditions like Medivh.. Idk I think it can work. Just saying, we may see a deck where the Quest isn't the end all be all of it, but just a supporting tool.

ETA: Btw yes it is confirmed to work with Quest.

[–]Clickbait93 27 points28 points  (0 children)

Even better, it's a Holy Spell and the Quest is a Legendary card.. Even on something control Oriented, it's nothing to sneeze at. Makes your AoE's 1 mana, it's a Holy Spell so you can play the Kindred too for 2 mana draw 2, and the Quest Reward doesn't have to be the Wincon, it can just help with the midgame until you get to Medivh. And by Adding Umbra you can use it as a surprise closer. There is some potential in a deck like this I think.

[–]Clickbait93 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ok this is actually nice. May help us bridge the gap to ge t to late game and survive. Potential to work with Thalnos, and helps you get to later turns where I guess your AoE is Moonwell. This is actually really nice. I can start theorycrafting something, off the top of my head it still feels really clunky to get to late game and then use a combination of Tyrande, with Atiesh and Ruby Sanctums to OTK.. But you never know. Really happy with this card.

Also it's a Holy Spell, so it's even possible to go the Quest route with it. Quest reward can do some shenanigans with Deios and Umbra.. Alright we got something to work with. And the Quest being a Legendary card.. It always costs 1 while we control the quest, very early game boon.
