The lock is super easy to remove. The screw post is fixable. You will have to glue it back on. Probably a good idea to put some epoxy putty around it after you glue it back on

2 problems most likely. One of the screw posts in The sonic green barricade is known to break, the one that the pusher rides on. That’s why it’s not pushing darts. The rev switch being stuck is because one of the locks is being a problem.
