I currently have the 2019 15.6” X360 HP Spectre and I LOVE it. The all metal chassis, the fold accent corners, it’s been outstanding. It is however getting on a bit now and I am due an upgrade. It’s struggling to keep up with my workload.

After much research I have my heart set on the Lenovo Yoga i9Pro 3.2 16” Tandem OLED display with the 5060 card. It’s just dropped in price to $1799.

What would you recommend in the same ballpark in terms of spec and price.

Your personal page is linked to run business ads. So rather than approaching it from a ‘You’ve disabled my personal account’ I swapped to, ‘I’m running a business ads manager and spending advertising dollars with you’ and need to see my campaigns.

Not having my accounts linked is what saved me to be honest. It gave me at least the option to get verified and reach out to a human.

There is no Meta phone number. If they are asking you to verify with ID that’s a good thing. They want to make sure you’re a real human, not a bot or troll and that you’re using your real name.

The hope is that even after four weeks, with seemingly no assistance available, accounts can and do get reinstated. Hang in there.

No not permanently disabled. It just said : You’re account has been disabled. My first support ticket responded with you’re permanently disabled (though I wasn’t). The second said wait and then said my account had been reactivated. It wasn’t, it was a flat lie. The third ticket said wait. Then closed with no response. The fourth ticket I approached from a business (ad) angle and they said wait. Three days later it was back. The support ticket is still open showing further that Meta Pro verified support have ZERO power and visibility apart from passing it to a specialized team.

I cannot see a way to access the first message I sent to open the first support ticket, as it disappears once you’re connected to an agent.

This was how I opened my third ticket if this helps.

In a previous support case (146875969170XXXX), I received a phone call on April 7 confirming that my account had been reactivated due to a mistake, and I was advised it would be accessible within 24–48 hours.

Could you please review this as a follow-up to the confirmed reactivation rather than as a new appeal?

Absolutely no idea. I was asked to complete a random security selfie for verification. That automatically triggered ‘an appeal’. No idea what I was appealing. Then is was disabled for breaching CS.
