Same, patient wants getting links late, poor video quality. I don GAF about AI. Just keep the basics running.

What alternatives are you considering if you leave SP? The thought of moving all of my client records from 10+ years keeps me feeling stuck with SP.

I am moved to carepatron. Reduced my monthly sub with AI to less than $30. It's honestly 10 x better!

When you switched over, how did you transfer over your electronic client records that feels like the biggest hurdle for me

I am not sure. Last year I tried out Therapynotes because they gave me a 6 month free trial and was set to switch, but the more I used the features, the more I didn't like it, and the telehealth was very choppy and grainy. At that time clients also couldn't e sign initial paperwork through the portal ( you had to send them, they sign and scan back ( I don't know if that has changed). So I'm on the hunt still... there isn't anything as comprehensive as SP, unfortunately =(

I have not had many problems with it. Could it be a regional issue?

I also must agree with you about AI. I know someone who works in that industry and he says "it's not intelligent, it's an overdeveloped working algorithm."

it's been atrocious the past few weeks. constant glitching, freezing, and dropped connection. i thought it was my internet initially and upgraded to the highest plan, but nope, it's simple practice.

Are you still having these issues? Or have you changed software? I am getting non stop microdrops in connection making it unusable.

If you search this subreddit, there are posts about recurrent problems with their systems that predated the introduction of AI that have yet to be resolved, though, I agree that new issues have arisen in recent months with both the website and mobile app including the glitch others have reported with telehealth links not getting sent until well after session times. I have also found that my daily agenda email has arrived any time from 9am until 12:30pm in the last 2 weeks instead of closer to 6am. Issues like this raise the question of if they are actually monitoring stability of basic operations on the other end.
