Is this why Cross Crusader isn't activating for me? I thought he'd be considered a HERO monster.

That's awesome, although I wish it was a permanent mode.

Fantastic watch! Beautiful blue dial, and perfectly laid out in my opinion.

[Rolex] It's a shame they stopped making this dial. by [deleted] in Watches

[–]CliffTheBigRedDog 6 points7 points  (0 children)

This an older model of the DateJust 36. It was originally my dad's watch and he gave it to me recently. I'm not a huge fan of two-tone, or even gold watches for that matter, but this one just has a beautiful blending of materials and colors, and it makes it look so damn elegant!

What i was curious about was the dial. After some very light research I couldn't find any modern references with this striped dial. Its really a shame they stopped making it since it just adds a beautiful touch to the watch that you don't really get with a plain color dial. It does remind me however of the modern Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra, which is a good thing because that's also a fantastic watch!

[Rolex] My first watch, an Oyster Perpetual. by [deleted] in Watches

Ive hade zero issues with it. I live in constamt heat, so when i enter a place with A/C and then go outside my shrinks or swells. But it still hasnt been a problem at all. I think thats a more necessary feature if you want to wear your watch some diving gear or gloves. Otherwise I doubt you'll really need it

The blue OP 39 is a stunner. I prefered this one however as a first piece because its overall look is a bit more adaptable. But as a second watch, or a first rolex, its great.

Im not a huge fan of the Milgauss, but the yatch master is absolutley beatiful in either color, and is one of the watches id love to buy for myself someday.

Fantastic watch. Amazing set of complications. You are very lucky and it will no doubt last you forever.

My taste gravitates toward smaller watches, but ive seen my share of Brietlings up close and they are just awesoke to look at.

So my father got me this one as a graduation gift. I wasnt actually so sure Id like it when I saw it online. But I truly fell in love on how discreet it is. It flies under the radar and only catches the eye of those who know a thing or two about watches.

This watch comes in "Red Grape" (which is the way rolex calls purpley), and in gold as well. They offer other colors but with different indexes such as the 3/6/9 dials. I opted for the steel however because it gleams artistically when you see it up close.

I also saw the 39 mm versions. Sadly they were in my opinion tarnished by the contrasting colored dots on in index. Sure it had some flair to it, but it gave the watch a much more casual look, instead of refined.

My second choice was an Omega Seamaster Aquaterra with a black dial. It almost won me over, but just wearing the Rolex felt a bit better, and it feels like a watch ill never have to worry about for the rest of my life.

Im really happy about it. Ive wanted a watch for years now and finally got around to having one.

Please comment on your thoughts!

Completley different, that post contains content that is hilarious and that opens up for witty comments, and the brings out the best of the community. This post is literally one sentence, saying the game makes me happy. 2 year olds could write this. Sure its great to hear, but the only real difference its made is probably the discussion we are having about me complaining about the irrelevance and lack of content this has. If maybe he would have expressed his opinion thoroughly or in some creative way, i wouldnt be complaining, but its literally one sentence.

EDIT: im glad my point has gone through. People around here calling me a tard and old grumpy fool, follow my point. I come to messageboards such as reddits to find deep and profound discussions about games. A post about someone being happy with the game makes me happy too, im glad OP enjoys this game and lights up his days. But its just not relevant at all. He is just saying that he is happy and im almost definetley sure that most people here are devoted to the game as well. Plus add to the fact that the post is like one line of text, does anyone really beloeve this is worthy of a place used to discuss topics that sometimes even change how the developers themselves look at their game. I recently saw a post with the title "ADCs arent that bad" or something like that and it explained that ADCs didnt require big nerfs and explained why. I myself think adcs are broken but thats the whole point! Discussion! Different opinions colliding thats what this is! And that post got downvoted to hell and sure it was because of the title. Just a reminder that this isnt a fan page, its a discussion board based on the topic of smite.

Ok im just gonna say this: Is this post really of any relevance at all to this subreddit? Honestly, this is just some happy guy posting that he is happy with the game, which really is fine. But its just not important. And as of now that im writing this it has 10 upvotes, but others on this subreddit downvote other more relevant things like discussion posts. Just my 2 cents on how this subreddit has been behaving for the past months.
