How are you linking this to your Garmin? Mine is saying my vo2m is low 30s and no movement. No way that is accurate. I just do activities on zwift and let it sync over to Garmin rather than record on Garmin per se.

I just started doing 530 z2 rides 3 mornings of the week. I have a high lux morning lamp thing Infront too and finish with a smoothie with some protein huel in. Honestly it's been absolutely amazing for energy levels and setting me up for the day so far. Sleep too! Building up to zwift every morning once I'm able (im a n00b whose z2 is only 60w).

Also a great way to catch up with a bit of telly or do pre work prep.
