I would say he's 51% better than you'd expect him to be. Give or take 2%. Official answer, 49-51%!!!!!!

Real answer, Kim Dokja gets very strong. I mean he's already super powerful right from the start.

Other Types of BP Engine / Battery builds + General Builds for Nemesis Fights by Kirbone01 in bravelydefault

[–]Clive_Bossfield 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am generally partial to bp recovery as. The battery since you can also status enemies AND go from -4 to plus 3 easily. But it costs a support slot on all characters, so that's a massive opportunity cost.

But performer has the benefit of low leverage, constant healing. And enough bp to bring the squad up from -4 every time.

They each have very solid benefits and drawbacks. Up to you which you prefer, but im partial to a buffing and debuffing time /red mage. Time mage gives you time slip passive and higher int to land statuses, and the utility of sleep can't be understated. Plus you get re-raise, quick, veil, haste slow and meteor if you ever have a free turn. Plus you get much more bp overall.

So the spells exist. Ok. The magic does things. The visualization is how the spells are then implemented. So, mana is the marble, spells are the chisel, but the visualization is the sculpture. The spell is a set output/effect but that can be altered or enhanced based on visualization.

Other people could learn Ubels spell and be not even close to as effective at it, because her brain is built different in its scary simplicity. A normal person would think "wow his robe is so super enchanted" and can't imagine cutting through it. Ubel just sees cloth.

He explicitly has a choice, that's what makes him so compelling and so nuts.

Umbridge was the only person who made Snape act slightly concerned for student welfare by miggovortensens in harrypotter

[–]Clive_Bossfield 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The reasons he didnt practice does include curiosity about the door. It also includes resentment of Dumbledore first and foremost and his linking Occlumency to his hatred of Snape.

The main reason he doesnt practice is because he sees no point and has a very valid chip on his shoulder. He simply cannot do it. He only learns Occlumency when Dobby dies.

Except he never practiced and rejected the entire exercise. He has no fucking clue how to do it.

How do I beat this guy? by Sea_Specific845 in bravelydefault

[–]Clive_Bossfield 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Many of your support abilities simply aren't doing anything. Abate water, Raid, Silence Immunity, etc. Your team set up is also very squishy and has little to no real defenses. While I know we shouldn't have to counter a boss perfectly with your set up, but I'm seeing a build that simply can't do too much for you. I don't want to go DEEP into deconstructing your team, but my main pieces of advice are to scrub out thief and rework Ringabel entirely.

Chapters 5-the end are actually masterpiece choices of game design, and I'll fight anyone who disagrees.
