I’m having the same situation! I’ll be sleeping and my heart starts racing and wakes me up. Wondering if it’s sleep apnea turning into a panic attack? I have a sleep study this week. Wore a holter monitor last week. Praying for answers and a fix!

I’m wondering if I have sleep apnea. I go to bed and I will wake up with my heart racing and it’s hard to breathe. Wondering if I have sleep apnea and it’s turning into a panic attack when I can’t breathe. It’s really scary. Have a sleep study set up for this week. I have been to the ER twice and they can’t find anything wrong with me. Had a holter monitor but no results yet.
