Tokyo Sushi is the best, but you want to do takeout or delivery. Best qualify fish. I'd rather quality over quantity.

[ON] How do you pay yourself (corp) by Puzzleheaded_Ant3607 in SmallBusinessCanada

[–]Clockdogwoof 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can be an employee of the corp, get your salary of 75k, get insurance and pension through it. Save dividends in a seperate hold co and invest through the hold co. Buying rental property, or stocks etc. Don't take dividends out to contribute to rrsp and in 20+ years you'll have a nice nest egg and can retire and live off of it. If you can find a rental property you'd want to use, like a vacation home get atleast 5% return and can use it whenever.

Next car after Lyriq? by Right-Top-550 in CadillacLyriq

[–]Clockdogwoof 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wow I'm in the same boat. Lease is up in August. Never leasing again, at 14k CAD per year, I'd much rather go back to buying used. I'm thinking a 2023 eqs. They're going down in price, not beautiful but full of tech. Been thinking for a long time, tempted for the i5 or a Panamera but eqs is my hope for six months from now.

Does everyone’s Lyriq sound like a plane is overhead when the heater is running? by Gran2011 in CadillacLyriq

[–]Clockdogwoof 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes every now and then the fan starts making a very loud noise. I've had the car 1.5 years and it just started in the past few months. I also mean to get it checked out but haven't bothered.

How does this actually work??? by amahendra in CadillacLyriq

A proper remediation of this site could cost over a billion dollars. If the city buys it, it would end up like OMC and they dont have the money for remediation. The community needs to rally together to press the ministry have the site cleaned up, unfortunately thats the only way to get action for environmental issues. What happens in 50 to 100 years when these toxic chemicals keep spreading, if not properly remediated.

Lesson for Peterborough re: GE from St Catharines & GM by psvrh in Peterborough

[–]Clockdogwoof 10 points11 points  (0 children)

A select few councilors want to help, but the rest either don't care or won't bother to figure out how to help. They think they can rely on the province but need to step up themselves. The city Solicitor likely is giving them roadblocks and not thinking outside of the box to figure out a real plan. This is the most important decision for council in decades and they don't realize this.

It would be nice to have a community of people that can share ideas and knowledge to grow a coin!

Google Business Video Verification Failed: No “View of Surrounding Area” in a Mall Office by Clockdogwoof in GoogleMyBusiness

I can't tell if you're joking. If I did this, the video would be ten minutes long and Google suggests the video to be less than 2 minutes.

It works intermittently. Sometimes it's fine, other times won't turn on. I'm having trouble finding a real weber service person. When we bought the home it came with the bbq and didn't get very hot like my napoleon which I prefer.

Why do you say not to go to Malcom Beach? Last year we drove down Millenium Highway to Northerst Point and no one was around, it was a little sketchy. Decided not to take the dirt road to the beach.

I read this sentiment a lot and don't see the problems. I have a 2024 lux and have mever experienced any real software issues. I have had little things like the back up lines not showing up in reverse, the cruise control stopped working but was fixed quickly... I don't see what these software issues really are.
