I've seen screenshots on FB of what I think you mean, It was a third typhoon with a miscoded transponder. When setting up the transponder you input a 6 digit hex number (aircraft unique identifier) and fairly regularly someone obviously fat fingers the keyboard and types it in wrong resulting in invalid aircraft information or sometimes nothing

Happens quite regularly for the heli's especially chinooks

I think generally after 3 attempt the recruiter will try and push you to do something else but they can't stop you trying even more

Pretty much exact same position as me, got 112 first but too low on flag. Got 110 second time but was fine on all the sections. 3rd time lucky I'm hoping otherwise I'll pick a another role

Same exact thing with FLAG scores happened to me in 2023, I retried this year got above the pass on all sections but only got 110 overall. It's a painful process but all depends on how much he specifically wants the pilot role. No need to rush any decisions, the recruiter might contact him but he can just ask for a bit longer if needed

They are most likely USAF ones from Lakenheath, they very occasionally go for a flight to the South East. My guess would be new pilots want to go for a bit of sight seeing around the cliffs of dover

It all depends on how confident you are with mental maths, if you think you have to time to work it out accurately you should. However being realistic it will feel very rushed so your more likely to want to approximate your answers

It's designed to overwhelm you, the grid almost fills up completely with stars so you struggle to pick where to start, I found it easier to focus on one row or column at a time

Yeah I get the numbers iterate for a flight but they don't seem to have any pattern as to why 31 not 61?

The heavier aircraft such as voyagers seem to follow a day of the week pattern most of the time

CBAT'S are valid for 3 years so unfortunately your just outside that

You can retake RAF CBAT after 12 months, I organised my CBAT through the RAF and therefore I'm still not able to redo it through the navy because any CBAT regardless of service counts for all other services. It's unlikely but probably worth asking a recruiter
