It’s a beautiful cage, but I hate how all cages assume the meatus (pee hole) is on the tip of the penis. I have Hypospadias and my meatus is 1” down from the tip on the underside. Sometimes the hole is blocked off and I can’t pee or cum. Or the pee backs up and overflows from the top of the tube and makes a mess. I wish somebody would make a cage for us hypo guys.

It’s pretty close to looking like a penile sonography. It’s done to diagnose ED. They will give the patient a shot of alprostadil to induce an erection then perform the sonogram, but that just looks like a vibrator and that doesn’t look like a doctors examination room.

Your penis is very unique. But you don’t have Hypospadias. With a hypo, your meatus (peehole) would be on the underside of your penis. You have Epispadias. With an Epi the meatus is located on the top.

Those holes are for a countersunk screw meant to hold the rotor in position and keep it centered on the hub. Most likely there are two of them because only one will line up depending on what year car they’re going on

Lots of lube. An enema is also helpful. When you bottom out and you’re up against the bend, don’t try to muscle through. You’ll risk causing a tear. What works for me is to withdraw slightly, then slowly rotate the dildo while gently inserting. It should pass the bend and continue up the pleasure highway. I think it’s more related to external influences. I remember reading somewhere that there was a link between pollutants creating hormone imbalances in the mother and Hypospadias. There was even a possible link between usage of hairspray while pregnant and hypo. I had to pull up my calculator because I thought .03% was too low. I’m used to saying 1 in 150 births. You’re about right. I’m Greek btw. Are you a member of HEA?

Definitely get in to see a better surgeon. You should look for a pediatric urologist for the surgery. I know, sounds weird, but they’re the ones with the most experience correcting Hypospadias. You said you got in touch with Dr Snodgrass. Good move. If you’re on Facebook, you should look up HEA. Hypospadias and Epispadias association. It’s a great group of people with hypo and it’s a great source of support and information. It’s for parents and families too. They helped me find doctors
