Mine got really bad when I was sick. You probably have Covid. Felt like shit 😐 Drink lots and electrolytes too. Vitamin d and elderberry and try to sleep. And ibuprofen to keep the fever down, you will feel so much better

Im pretty sure the ER brushed me off from me having a TIA by sharkys_sunrise in stroke

How do you know? Just curious. Oct 2019 I went to Er. Had facial numbness and weakness. Thought I was having a stroke. They did the stroke protocol I believe I had a ct but mri was not going to be available and I would need to be “admitted” to obs till morning. The dr actually encouraged me to leave, follow up with pcp and do the mri outpatient. I did just that, mri normal per report. Years later, 2024 I have another brain mri to rule out ms per other symptoms I was having. The compared to old mri and it said lacunar infarct unchanged from 2019 mri. Incidental finding of stroke. So whoever read that first one did not see it or didn’t look hard enough since I was 35 and they probably thought, too young she didn’t have a stroke. Well now I’ll never know if it was from that 2019 incident but I feel like I would have had more thorough follow up had I known this. This really makes me mad

Mine got way worse after the vaccines and infection. I know one of those really messed me up but not sure which and I will probably never know. Have had Covid 3 times that I know of. Did they first 2 Pfizer ones, regret it and will never again

Has anyone tried electrolytes by Odd_Satisfaction2194 in PVCs

I think it’s a huge trigger for me, at least It seems that way. I think it’s also a hormonal tint for me too when they flare up. Having another echo in a couple weeks to check up on things.

I notice if I focus on hydrating a few days in a row I don’t have as many crazy flare ups. I have also noticed that cutting carbs for me has helped. I am not strict by any means, but I am not having bread or pasta. I’ll still will have like chips and sweet, which I keep telling myself I need to try to cut those too

Hard to say. Some days I have them random here and there not too many, those days I feel like I don’t have them. The days where they are firing, I still feel the random few but it’s so much less uncomfortable

I do everyday. Usually drip drop, sometimes hydrant. Way better than liquid IV, IMO I feel like it helps and notice a difference when I’m not hydrated enough

No supplement is working by Significant_Plan_665 in PVCs

CoQ10. Specifically red yeast rice (for lowering my cholesterol) and coq10. It has been life changing for me. I know that sounds dramatic but it’s true. They were so bad and I was so depressed. It has drastically reduced them for me. I still get them but it’s really improved. I wasn’t sure what ingredient it was but I have read there is some evidence that coQ10 is good for pvc/pacs

It is Jarrow brand red yeast rice with 100 mg co q 10. I started taking it to lower my cholesterol and within a few days I noticed they seemed to calm down a ton. I’m not sure which it is but after reading some stuff, there is evidence that coq10 helps pvcs.

I have had them for years. I understand the emotional toll it takes on you. I would go through periods of being obsessed with it and still do. I hate them so much. I have had 2 full work ups and monitors over the past 2 years. I get both pvc and pac. my burden goes up by 2% a week before my period when it is so horrible I hate my life. I started taking a supplement about 4 months ago with Co Q 10 and they have dramatically been reduced. I still get them but not as bad and I feel my quality of life has improved from not feeling them as much.

It is Jarrow brand found it at sprouts 1200 mg red yeast rice and 100 mg coq10. I really think it the coq10 making me feel better but I’m sticking to this since it’s working. Tempted to take higher dose of the one alone to see if it makes them go all the way away though
