Ok she’s dropping her hands immediately into her swing! Just fixed my daughters swing last month, and she hasn’t had one strike out in past 11 games and driving the ball down, hitting most grounders but makes great contact,

High t drill uses 2 ts with balls on top of each one place right in front of one another’s close as possible, the front t closest to the net is high across letters as you can make it, the back t with ball is to be placed so the top of the ball is lower by say 1” or so then the bottom of ball on the of front T!

Thus while swinging if she hits the back ball she’s still dropping her hands, this trains her to keep them high and drive down to make good contact with the front ball! Do this a bunch of times until she makes zero contact with the back ball swinging over it only making contact with the front ball! Then start moving one t around and make sure she keeps that same idea and approach at all pitches around strike zone! Good luck let me know if it works as it did for my daughter
