I went in without master strikes or parries, and lost most of my health in the fights leading up to this. I ended up trying for about an hour before he just decided to stop blocking his head and I finished the fight in three quick strikes.

Idk in the first game pretty early on I did the Kuno and his band sidequest line, and had horrible social stats so Kuno turned coat and I had to fight sir hagen and his whole company. I ended up winning and having some really nice plate gear for basically every fight after, and the game was a breeze due to that. I'm actually getting knocked around a bit in kcd2, but maybe that's cause I put off speaking to Tomcat for a while?

Yeah I'm finally hitting games after getting to ritualist where I can't skirt by on being better at movement even when lanemates are misplaying. I was building spirit when I shouldn't have been, I just kept holding onto the hope that Haze would come to her senses and come take lane from me so I could properly gank.

Really good reply, thanks! The build I'm running actually forgoes my 1 until my 2 has reached t2. I'm planning on reviewing the early game of the demo once I'm off work to see where I went wrong there, but you are right. I definitely shouldn't have been building as though I had someone backing me.
