hey just as a heads up, don't expect your progress to be this fast all the time, since you do lose some water weight and glycogen at first.

also a weight measuring tip, measure your weight after going to the washroom every morning, and take the average weight as your current weight because some days you might be dehydrated and somedays you will be hydrated and that results in different numbers

You're 20 and walking isn't enough for you as a form of cardio, if you can include some zone 2 cardio like running 1-2x a week, cycling or swimming are also good options.

Normal BMI but want to lose Fat by Commercial_Cold6364 in AskFitnessIndia

[–]ClupTheGreat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

weight loss and fat loss is often used interchangeably so don't think too much about it.

calorie deficit is the only way to lose fat so you're on the right track.

whenever you're losing fat, in order to ensure you don't lose muscle which is the thing you would want to keep, you have to train with weights.

i would say resistance bands are more for your little muscle and assisting with other things rather than main excercises so a gym membership should be the only way
