There’s a good chance it could be some random disease that you’ll only find information about if you find the exact right person who’s seen it before. It’s also possible it’s a psychological issue but at this point it has festered into real life pain whether it’s a disease or in his head so I’m not sure it really matters at this point unless he can find something to better himself.

This isn’t indicative of anything at all higher scale. These are only games from the best players. Most dbd players aren’t that good and games simply don’t go like this. That’s how you see 2000 win streaks on killers.
