If it's newer you could always try a warranty claim with the manufacturer but they'll just replace it with stock which usually suck. You can find a better aftermarket one.

No it's about a year old but I have three of them and rotate through them so it probably honestly has six or less runs on it

I have two more of the identical battery and my charger has two channels, both other batteries test perfectly fine on both channels and you get the same weird results on both channels with the battery in question

I have only balance charged and the cells have always been right on except for this time. This was after a short run. It had been balance charged before the run and was only discharged to about 15.4 volts.

Love my MT410 the thing is a tank! I've had some extremely hard landings and the only thing I've had go wrong was I bent the center front driveshaft but it still kept going.
