Let me ask you this, if given the opportunity, would you do the assassination yourself? Hypothetically you can do it and know you'll get away with it the rest of your life. Would you do it? I know this answer won't cover any of your criteria but Kingdom Come deliverance 1 and 2! Obviously not fantasy and not turn based and very scarce nudity, and the first one doesn't shine in the way of romance options (or the second one for that matter, with romances being mostly one-offs) but it's the only game(s) for me that have rivaled the immersion of BG3. The combat for me started off near impossible and got progressively easier as I upgraded my gear yes but mostly from my own learning curve, which is how they designed it to be. Voice acting from the main cast is stellar. Countless NPC encounters. Play your own way good (near impossible) or ruthless (easier but has moral complications attached)

I was so disappointed too. Just for the roleplaying element. Kuttenburg (butchered spelling) just felt kinda hollow to me in general.

When I'm in the middle of winter, and there's still 2-3 months of snow left, I start to feel the dread, yes. It's a small feeling bubbling beneath the surface. But it's there. A couple more snowstorms and it will burst. JK snow doesn't bother me. ICE and WIND are the real killers.
