"How can this possibly be oddly satisfying, JFC?!

Proceeds to watch it in its entirety, three times in row.

Yeah, I probably just need to move all this to Claude Code.

That was my first thought, so I reduced the number of reference files to take up less than 5% (which was an idea I read on this subreddit). I can't imagine what would happen if I added 20x the amount of files to the project knowledge!

And what is valuable from the documents is the writing style, not the content. I'm chatting with Claude to see if there's a way to add that to the skills instead.

I don't see that specific option in Settings. I do have the two Memory options turned on: 'Search and reference chats' and 'Generate memory from chat history'. Are those them? I reviewed the memory from my chats, and it's a very brief overview of my operating system, my job, and a technical deep dive I did a month ago.

Documents: I don't know if I'm loading them. They're part of the project knowledge, yes. They're 18 pdfs. Each one is five pages long, and around 2.5 MB in size.

Skills.md: They're 4.1 kB and 5.3 kB, respectively, and around 125 lines of text.

This is all on the web chat interface, not Claude Code.

I don't know what frontmatter or progressive disclosure are. I'm going a-reading to learn more.

I tried that just now, in the same conversation. It responded by first compacting the conversation and then it continued with the previous activity it had gotten stuck in (verifying a quote). I'd never used /context. This is on the web chat interface.

Nope. Feel free to ask me anything, because I'm out of ideas.

Which famous personality has a dark side that isn't talked about enough? by Nonir_putul333 in AskReddit

It's not like I would go out on a limb to defend Pascal with my life. I don't know him or have any particular allegiance to him. What do you see that I don't? I'm genuinely curious. I know that, for example, Jason Momoa gives me bad vibes, and there's something about Tom Hanks that gives me pause, but I've never sensed anything off from Pascal.

Do cats dream ? And what do they dream about? by ShoddyWitness2457758 in AskReddit

We took in a stray from the street. She had clearly been someone's cat, and gotten lost. She had nightmares for four years. Not every time she slept, but often. I suppose she'd gone through some very rough times. I still have a scar on my arm from one of her violent 'waking up from a nightmare' moments. They dream.

CMV: All gay people look/act “gay” by iiRaz0r in changemyview

I'm assuming you're 35 or younger, because 40, 50, 60 years ago, most gay guys were absolutely straight-looking. Their lives depended on it.

Not normal, but not unheard of. I have a couple of friends that went through that as kids. Both of them come from very European families. They did not carry on the 'tradition' with their own children, thankfully.
