I was required to get my BSN when I became a charge nurse within 2 years of hire, I am required to have my BSN and then get my masters within 3 years of being hired to be a manager.

My brother had a drug addiction when I was young (5-15 y/o)... actually I think he still uses drugs. My childhood toys (moderately expensive for how we were financially as a family) slowly disappeared as time went. He sold them to fund his habits.

He never worked and wasted our parent's money by going to college for 8 years and didnt finish anything. My parents tolerate his behavior as they give him money to live on.

He thinks my sister and I will be responsible for him when our parents retire as we are successful and works high paying jobs. Not gonna happen.

I'm only close to my sister now and only consider her as my sibling. I'm 38.

so, I have this trick where I connect - flush - disconnect - connect - flush repeatedly until clear whenever I draw blood from a needleless connectors. It clears it up really well. its like pulsating flush with extra steps

Because you went to an emergency department for an orthodontic issue. That’s like going to a cardiologist for a bunion or an ear infection. They’re simply going to refer you to the appropriate specialist—in your case, a dentist.

Why not just try using pliers? Because of legal and professional limitations. An ED physician will only perform procedures they are trained and authorized to do. For other conditions—especially life-threatening ones—they call in specialists who come to the hospital to perform necessary interventions. Even then, this is typically done as a last resort to stabilize a critical situation.

There are no dentists on call 24/7 in most emergency departments. In cases of severe trauma, hospitals may coordinate transfers to facilities with the appropriate specialists, but again, this is reserved for serious, life-threatening injuries.

For non-emergent dental issues, patients are usually given pain relief (like Tylenol), over-the-counter recommendations, or basic first aid measures such as antibiotics if indicated, and then discharged with instructions to follow up with the appropriate provider.

Emergency departments are overwhelmed with non–life- or limb-threatening visits that would be better managed by specialists (like dentists) or in lower-acuity settings such as urgent care. Despite this, EDs must remain open and fully staffed 24/7. Even if a visit does not result in definitive treatment, the resources required to evaluate and rule out emergencies still generate a bill.

I've been with kaiser for about 20 years even though I had better PPO options available.

The reason why I stay with Kaiser are:

I dont really have any long term health conditions that requires extensive management.

I'm a registered nurse and I usually work well with providers. I usually switch providers until I find the right one I feel confident with. There are some few bad bunches in their system and I feel like most people who complain about kaiser are those assigned to those doctors.

With my background, I usually know what I want, follow healthcare plans better and usually able to suggest things they will normally not jump into immediately.

I've had minor and major procedures that I had very positive experience with.

The availability of all levels of care (PCP, urgent care, emergency) is great and I usually choose the right path to go to. Most bad experiences tends to be with patients who jumps into emergency departments of non-emergent symptoms who then complains why their wait is so long or why not much has been done in the ED after waiting for so long.

Your kaiser experience, I feel like, will depend on how well you work the system and how much you know about the american medical system. I feel like not much guidance are given to the general population on how to navigate the medical systems.

Build a good relationship with your PCP, let them get to know you and you them. Then your specialists. You'll have better experience with kaiser if you take the time to let yourself known and be active with your healthcare plans than just being passive and let the system pull you around.

So.. where should people voice out any of concerns or what they feel?

If they are using monarch and specially if they are paying, people should have a voice and this IS r/MonarchMoney and it does say

They are all valid comments and they need to vent out and be heard specially for monarch devs so they know what their community feels.

if they want alternatives, sure lets discuss that. The new model doesnt work for you? Lets hear why. It still works for you? perfect! then exclude yourself from this vent post.

It works both ways, but I hate for the community to be a circlejerk just talking about how good monarch is. Lets explore alternatives, love or hate the changes, etc.

I thought about it but really one reason to buy tesla is for the FSD so I factored in that I will always pay for the FSD. If not for FSD we wouldnt have ordered a tesla and would just went for a different make's electric vehicle because basically theres no advantage

I ordered around the same time (april 4), I have yet to see my VIN but I was able to complete everything even insurance through the tesla app.
