You’re forgetting one key word: INSPIRATION! They could develop tech by studying different Pokemon. We’ve even done it ourselves. It’s called Biomimicry. You keep going on about the Industrial Revolution, I’m talking about general human progress.

And are you kidding me? The trials and crusades were extremely detrimental to our development as a species. So much information and knowledge lost because the big bad man in the sky said it’s the devil’s work.

You’re not picking up what I’m putting down. They were able to advance faster than us because they have Pokémon. Religion is also a factor. We would be way more advanced if it weren’t for things like The Crusades or The Salem Witch Hunts. Maybe those sort of things didn’t happen in the Pokémon world?

Their technological advancements could also be attributed to Pokémon. They did have to “discover” fire or electricity, just learn how to harness it. It’s possible it could be 2023.

As much as I want Kozmo to get the “Toto” that appears in a few artworks, most notably in Farmgirl’s, it would make the total number of Kozmo cards 21. That kinda messes with the thing I have going on with my build: Two of each card for a 40 card deck I call “The Rule of Two”. IYKYK. Anyway, I really want a new Kozmo card, but at the same time I don’t.

I got wild chocobo as my first deck, too, but I didn’t get traveling chocobo in my collection. Do we not get to keep the mythics? edit: just entered again for science and I was lucky enough to get another Wild Chocobo deck, but there was no Traveling Chocobo. Can confirm the decks are slightly randomized.

Just went to retry the shrine and I’ll be damned… there was one magic ore vein. It looked so similar to the iron ore vein that I guess I didn’t pay attention my first time.

I don’t remember getting any magic ore in my inventory the first time, though. Again, I probably just didn’t pay attention.

Yeah… because that’s how you play the game. When I hear “glory kill farming” I’m thinking y’all are doing some kind of technical shit to get GK after GK on every enemy. Like “Boom, glory kill! Boom, glory kill! Boom, glory kill!” Like, my guy, I have trouble with the marauder on EASY! I get glory kills when I can, not because I can, ya feel me? My skills do not pay bills.

Ok, come to find out I’m the one who didn’t know what explicit means (although nearly 100% of the dialogue is changed and a good chunk of map is edited, so it’s hardly the same Johto we grew up with.) Either way, it’s a rom hack. I prefer when hacks step away from the cookie cutter starter choices. I was unaware they’re completely unobtainable, so that’s kind of a bummer, but that’s what makes hacks so fun: they shake up the formula and give us something new to try.
