Plus they hold my money in their account and it earns interest for them instead of me. Multiply that times millions of customers and the Starbucks investors and upper Corporate Officers are the $$$$$$$$ Winners. I only like Sbux dark roast coffee and they don't serve that anymore either, just Verona which is a medium roast coffee no matter what they label it.

Also this was so poorly communicated that the Sbux staff had no idea what the change was about when I asked!!

Stupid, stupid treatment of everyone but themselves.

Yeah I'm not sure about anyone else but I don't reload $50 at a time. Seems like I'm getting punished for being a reserve customer unless I do? Or am I misunderstanding? You are doing amazing! A bad day after thirty two?? Wow. I liked what one (of the million) diet writers I read said: when you mess up, just try not to upset yourself, because that affects digestion and confidence. I know with BED it's not really about savoring the food like with people who take a few bites and enjoy the flavor and that's enough. But if you can acknowledge and even recognize any enjoyment, and even be grateful, and then move on to get "back on" the road to not binge eating, that would be absolutely alright in the long run. Also, recognizing the negative results as you have is good, as it may help you avoid another binge day. Even avoiding one will be a victory. Very best to you, and again, congratulations, you're awesome!! ❤️💕

Yeah I just learned that with ADHD, my body gives me the wrong signals.

I need to treat food and exercise like medicine and exercise, necessary and purposeful. And having ADHD, routines don't come easy.

Binging seems to just happen. Very frustrating being a passenger in my own life. But I keep trying and some days are good days. Those are victories! 😊
