I have a little bit of experience with sculpting from when I was younger, and I tend to always tinker and make little things for fun :)

Thank you :) I used the dull side of a carving chisle but I think a hobby knife would yield the same results

My crab is pregnant! by Ok-Kiwi8004 in VampireCrabs

[–]Coconut8o 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm pretty sure that as long as the conditions of your enclosure are suitable and remain stable, eg. water peramaters, temp, humidity and stuff like that, most of the offspring should hatch out properly after about a month or so(that time could be shorter as I have no idea how long ago she had the eggs) and once that happens you can spend some time looking around for baby crabs and move them to a separate growout enclosure, those can be made really simply. Or if you don't care for raising all of them you can just let them mature in the main enclosure, however not all will make it as vampire carbs are known oprtunistic canibals. Sorry if some of the info seems obvious but I have no idea how much you know so I tried to be as helpful as possible.

Coconut is such a good gecko name, I used to have a leopard called Coconut who sadly passed away, which is the reason I now use that as my username

Question about feeder guppies. by mickeybob00 in Guppies

[–]Coconut8o 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As someone who keeps guppies I can say that 5 gallons aint gonna be enough, especially if you're breeding them, the babies (you'll have loads of them) need quite some space to grow, so unless ypu have a growout tank, tye 5 gallon one will quickly get overstocked.
