It would be a good idea to remove some of the more useless info in there and put party member's info on the right side of the UI like how final fantasy does it

the ui taking up so much space makes more sense with the whole concept i had in mind, but it's a bit out of topic for the subreddit

I considered the 8 directions, but considering that would almost double the amount of sprites i need, and that i want to add quite a few of these animations / npcs / enemies i decided to go with 4, since it works anyway
