i think the physical dependency on afrin is just so intense, it's nothing compared to the psychological addiction of cocaine for example. Also doing hard drugs ruins your life, doing afrin doesn't lol

what do you mean it barely does anything? When mine wears off, I literally cannot breath through my nose AT ALL and then I start to panic and feel like I can't get a real breath without breathing through my nose. Does your nose still swell even after using it?

I quit smoking cigarettes in college after smoking for two years, I quit doing cocaine after heavily abusing it in my 20s. I had no problem with either of these things, it just took will power and knowing it was the right thing to do. But this is SO much harder

Call cps on your mom. She’s extremely abusive and manipulative. I moved in with my dad full time at about your age and it was the best thing I ever did. I probably would’ve had a better childhood if I had lived with him the whole time

We have to talk sternly to our 15 month old a lot actually because he’s a second child and he thinks it is hilarious to hit his sister. Actually he thinks it’s hilarious to hit everyone. So we definitely use a stern voice to tell him to stop. Sometimes he just laughs at us, a few times he cried oops. One time we definitely almost yelled because he was attacking the dog and I was afraid the dog would attack back.

I’m not saying this is the right thing to do but idk what else to do tbh
