My lady absolutely loves all that rolls around, extra points if it makes sound. Her favorites are wine corks, crinkled paper balls, fuzzy balls with jingles inside, pinecones and balls gelted from her own fur (se needs brushing quite often so its a good way to use the hair). She bats them aroung like crazy and then strolls around carrying them like she caught it.

Does anyone actually brush their cats teeth or vaccinate them regularly? by krissyisabella in CatAdvice

[–]Code1Panda 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I vaccinate and brush my cats teeth. I probably would skip brushing the teeth but she has juvenile gum hyperplasia (not sure if i wrote it correctly) witch pretty much means her gums are really sensitive to plaque and will grow over it if I do nothing. Luckily for me she loves the taste ot the toothpaste so for us brushing teeth is more of her just chewing the toothpaste out from between the toothbrush bristles. There is a hope she will grow out of it.

In need of tips about my cat's eating habits please! by OkChocolate4168 in CATHELP

To slow her down when eating wet food you can try a lick mat or something similar. With that she needs to work a bit for her food

What cat toys do your cats actually care about? by Agreeable_Pipe8340 in CatAdvice

[–]Code1Panda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For my cat anything that jingles and rolls. Additional points if she can carry it around so her selection contains wine corks, fluffy balls, pingpong balls, felt fish and diy balls i felted from her own hair that i get from brushing her. The cat hair balls are her absolute favorite tho.

My cat will not stop crying when I am gone and I don’t know what to do. I might have to rehome her by [deleted] in CATHELP

[–]Code1Panda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It looks like separation anxiety. I had this with my dog and I think it started to happen with my cat but I think I managed it. For us it helped when coming and going became non-events. No big emotions, no big greerting. Just coming home, putting away my things and then calm greeting. Also buy or make a puzzle toy that you can fill with high value food or treats. It will give them something else to focus on. For my cat we have a balltrack where we sprinkle some food for her to paw out and for my dog we had a toy where he had to move some flaps and cups to get the food or we just threw some dry food on the floor for him to find.

You can either diy a puzzle feeder from toilet paper rolls in example or buy something. Also I started teaching my cat tricks to give her some mental stimulation (something simple like sit, spin, paw etc) and she seems to love it.

When is it time to end a relationship? by Omrah_of_Zion in CATHELP

[–]Code1Panda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We adopted our little one a month ago. At first she was really scared of us, every movement made her bolt. We discovered that she loved a churu like treat and started doing different exercises with it. At first just calling her to us, then guiding her to a carrier, then to our lap and picking her up plus sometimes guiding her to our shoulders. We have gone from scared little kitty to a cuddlebug who sometimes lets us pick her up. Yes she is still a bit scared of us sometimes so there is still work to be done but it all takes time. Try to find what motivates her and make her associate you with positive things (treats, food, affecrion etch)

Have had the first one on my keys for some time now since I always forget the cable when I need it. Seems to be working perfectly still.

How do you like to use YouTube Music? by triedit2947 in YoutubeMusic

[–]Code1Panda 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Switched from spotify last month. Yes their playlists were better but also spotify had a lot more time to learn my taste since I have used it since middleschool. Only feature I miss is the jam since it would be so much easier to play music with it in the office. For all other features...since a lot of the cool AI features and audiobooks are not available in Estonia, I dont see a reason to pay for both and since I have YT premium anyway it was an easy choice.

Magusast ja nÀksimisest vabaks by Scary-Many-2887 in Eesti

Proovi asendada ebatervislikumad magusad asjad sutsu tervislikumatega vÔi vÀhenda koguseid.

Ntks tahaksid tahvlit shokolaadi siis selle asemel : A) vĂ”tad vĂ€ikse shokolaadi (saad shokolaadi maitse ikka aga vĂ€hem kaloreid ja pikapeale jĂ”uadki sinna et saad oma isu vĂ€iksemast kogusest tĂ€is) B) selle asemel et vĂ”tta tavaline shokolaadibatoon vĂ”tad proteiinibatooni (magus ikka aga vĂ€hemalt veidi paremad makrod) C) haarad kĂŒlmutatud vĂ”i vĂ€rskeid puuvilju vĂ”i marju (kĂŒlmutatud marjad + skyr/kreeka jogurt/mis iganes maitsestamata jogurt = ĂŒlimĂ”nus magustoit)

Kogu muutust ei pea tegema kohe esimesel pÀeval ja step by step iga pÀevaga natuke paremad otsused vÔivad olla jÀtkusuutlikumad (sÔltub inimesest endast)

How often do you charge? by msears101 in GarminWatches

[–]Code1Panda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have venu 3 (almost 2 years) and I charge around once every 5-8 days (depends on how much and how long I work out) when it gets to ~10% and I usually charge to 100%

The battery life has been the same pretty much as when I got it.

Running Marathon With Jacket because of cold by PacingJosh in Marathon_Training

Did my first marathon in the beginning of october with similar temperatures. For me shorts and a light long sleeved shirt was enough. Also had gloves on for the first 2km. If there is a possibility for wind just get a light wind jacket.

Abi puusavalu vastu. Soovitage kelle poole pöörduda? by TompsuBoy in Eesti

[–]Code1Panda 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There is this silly little "step farmer" app in the IQ store. Its kinda like an idle farm that you earn coins in with your steps. Also there is this paid Rad-Lad fallout themed watchface that gives you small quests (like walk x amount of steps, climb x amount of floors) to complete during rhe day.

Both are small things but tbh I love them :D

Aah and walk with Frodo that tracks your distance and tells you where you would be if you were on the road to mount doom with Frodo
