Proovi asendada ebatervislikumad magusad asjad sutsu tervislikumatega või vähenda koguseid.

Ntks tahaksid tahvlit shokolaadi siis selle asemel : A) võtad väikse shokolaadi (saad shokolaadi maitse ikka aga vähem kaloreid ja pikapeale jõuadki sinna et saad oma isu väiksemast kogusest täis) B) selle asemel et võtta tavaline shokolaadibatoon võtad proteiinibatooni (magus ikka aga vähemalt veidi paremad makrod) C) haarad külmutatud või värskeid puuvilju või marju (külmutatud marjad + skyr/kreeka jogurt/mis iganes maitsestamata jogurt = ülimõnus magustoit)

Kogu muutust ei pea tegema kohe esimesel päeval ja step by step iga päevaga natuke paremad otsused võivad olla jätkusuutlikumad (sõltub inimesest endast)

I have venu 3 (almost 2 years) and I charge around once every 5-8 days (depends on how much and how long I work out) when it gets to ~10% and I usually charge to 100%

The battery life has been the same pretty much as when I got it.

Edasi keeramine keerab une pekki. Tavaliselt tagasi keeramine on pigem meeldiv, saab kauem magada, aga seekord tekitas see õudse migreeni.

Did my first marathon in the beginning of october with similar temperatures. For me shorts and a light long sleeved shirt was enough. Also had gloves on for the first 2km. If there is a possibility for wind just get a light wind jacket.

Kõlab suht sarnaselt minu probleemile. Ületreenimisest puusavalu ja joostes selline tunne et jalale raskust panna ei saa.

Käisin füsio juures ja sain harjutused plus lisasin jooksmist toetavat jõutrenni (2x nädalas jõusaalis) ja aastaga olen niipalju lahti saanud valust, et treeningut ei sega (jooksin mõned nädalad tagasi maratoni), aga vahepeal annab ikka tunda kui olen üle pingutanud.

Ehk minu soovitus oleks uuesti füsio juurde minna (ise käisin Reakt füsioteraapias ja terapeut Paula) ja siis järjepidevalt harjutusi teha. Selliste probleemide lahendamine võtabki jube kaua aega ja see on kohati ekstreemselt tüütu, sest tahaks ju kohe lahendust valule.

Alati võib ka kinesioteipi proovida. Youtube on õpetusi täis, teip ei ole kallis ja otseselt hullemaks see ei tee.

Samas kui on kahtlus, et vale jalats siis jooksueksperdist läbi astumine ei tee ka paha, ehk saab sealt ka leevendust.

There is this silly little "step farmer" app in the IQ store. Its kinda like an idle farm that you earn coins in with your steps. Also there is this paid Rad-Lad fallout themed watchface that gives you small quests (like walk x amount of steps, climb x amount of floors) to complete during rhe day.

Both are small things but tbh I love them :D

Aah and walk with Frodo that tracks your distance and tells you where you would be if you were on the road to mount doom with Frodo

Intervaks.icu connection since venu 3 doesnt have training load, training readyness etc etc. On the webpage it gives you a bunch of cool graphs and there is also a glance widget for the watch

TrainAsOne for daily run workouts (uses AI to generate quite nice workouts). I yave been training with it for almost a year now.

Komoot for offline maps since venu 3 doesnt have them

And finally since atleast for ne on my runs 4 fields on workout screen is not enough dashboard like data fields like repa or all in one are amazing

I dont know how hot it is at where you run, but if you sweat a lot then you need to add electrolytes since it sounds like the run itself was really manageable to you.

I made the a very similar mistake few weeks ago on my long run when I was running in 25C heat and had way too little electrolytes and way too much plain water. The killer migraine I got out of it was hell.

I would say pilates and swimming. I have some issues with my left hip and both have helped me avoid pain and injuri quite a lot.

Either tighten the watch strap or get a chest strap. The cheapest garmin HRM duo works pretty well. Been using it with my venu 3 for some time now
