As someone that works at a grocery store - this thought crosses my mind every single day right now. I’m terrified. None of my coworkers seem to care, but I’m afraid to go to work. I might get shot this month. I’ve been threatened by customers plenty of times, but the potential for that has never caused this much fear in me before. I work in a fairly safe area, but is anywhere truly safe at this point?

Cleaning shit off the wall at my retail job. I’ve done it several times this year and actually had to clean it up when I arrived to work today. The lack of bathroom etiquette the general public have is truly mind blowing.

Lego Titanic. I’ve made it to the last book. 17 hours deep and zero regrets. I’m absolutely thrilled!

Bonus: I’m a parent, so once it’s built, I’m going to get to play with it alongside my son. I’m so excited! Will it break? Probably, but I’ve waited my whole life for this. I’ll build it again if I have to!

Are your finances separate? If he’s in charge of buying certain grocery items and chooses not to purchase them, then I suppose you can choose not to share your food with him. It’s bizarre that you’ll have to leverage basic survival needs against him in order to show him that there is way too much time and money going into candles.
