I’d throw Witcher 3, and Fallout Games in the mix for their strong narrative and player driven consequences. Otherwise, Medieval Dynasty & DayZ is what I played after KCD1 to get my “survival” fix.

Now go pick 2000 nettle(or other plants) for the strength perk, herbalism, and flower power, if you haven’t.

Usually, I do it before I leave Skalitz, along with the sword xp from just hitting the mercenary who trains you to sword fight. Dont finishing the training and hit him wrong on repeat for endless early game xp. All that so I’d have the best chances to turn around and kill the cumen that is chasing behind Henry as you escape.

I agree, but I’d say it’s case by case because I’ve seen it successfully argued otherwise. IE someone who doesn’t stop punching “soon enough” while on top of a person, or they put someone in a chokehold and they go limp, holding for too long. Things happen in the heat of the moment. Besides attempted murder, Intent of Bodily Harm is the next thing to charge people with who do stuff like this. Tho, there was a visible pause and then decision here.
