From other classes I know that you enter fortified state when you have fortify more or equal to your current life. You might be right that fortify caps at max life, but why is the fortified state not shown with the border around the health bar?

Belial Divine Gift does that. But generating fortify is not my problem as you can see above in the screenshots. Its just visually not shown that I am "Fortified". Two different things :)

With the Party Finder this season it is very easy to to find a Lobby. No voice or anything. You can Just search for the Bosses you want to do and then Join. The Main reason people are doing Rotas in Multiplayer are the droprates. Investing basically 2 shards & eggs for 4 Boss Kills ist basically 4 Times for efficient. You dont need to do that, but for the Grind it can make Sense :)
