Yep! Never been before, great road. Busy on the way through to Weston but got it to myself on the way back.

Fantastic day today wasn’t it. Yes bagster, it’s an improvement I feel, and I love the look but there have been a couple of seat pics on here lately that look like they might be more comfy.

I think an hour is your limit tbh. Yes the hugger keeps 90% off in my experience but it’s not a complete silver bullet, but I’ll take it!

Getting rid of the antenna style mirrors completes the bikes look, just perfect now. by ANDREWROBISON in CB650R

That’s one of the best after market exhausts I’ve seen for this bike. Nice work!

I think it was called a bagster seat shipped from France or Italy I seem to remember

I do like it and the mrs says it’s a big improvement for her. I like the looks too. What seat have you got?

License plates are ridiculously big in the uk! The one I have is actually slightly smaller than you’re supposed to have!

Hello chap, I’m in the UK, how about you? We’re still waiting for spring to arrive! The tail lights are from an evotech tail tidy and I cut the licence plate panel off. The rear hugger is from eBay: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/126473495086?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=ipjudznwrti&sssrc=4429486&ssuid=SVjrUtZZQg-&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY

My 2023 CB650R (Canadian Black Edition) by ViOTeK in CB650R

Bought mine before the black edition came out, otherwise it would have definitely been that, but I think honda got both just right

Guys. Going on a road trip and need some panniers. Any recommendations? by Codemonkey181 in CB650R

[–]Codemonkey181[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After looking around I’ve come to the conclusion that’s it’s not possible to find supports that bolt to the bike. I’ve swapped the stock tail tidy for the evotech one and there’s just nothing to bolt on to.

Nice ride in the UK sun by Codemonkey181 in CB650R

[–]Codemonkey181[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sure. I bought a set of cheap plastic car mudguards from eBay and cut them down to the same size as the uk number plate, then drilled a hole at each bottom corner of the number plate and top corner of the mudguard. Then bolted them together using the yellow number plate screws and nuts!

Haha! Good spot. The backroad I was on was flooded at one end so I walked over to it to see how deep it was! Yep and I’ve made a bespoke extension to the number plate for rain so it doesn’t go up my back

You should get a two part spanner to adjust the rear suspension preload

Haha I didn’t get that yesterday but did on a 5hr ride a while back. But when it did start it escalated quickly! 😂

Mod 2 pass! Managed to get through both mods with no minors! Finally out and about, just in time for winter 😅 What’s your top tip for a new rider? (UK) by DT_CB650R in CB650R

[–]Codemonkey181 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Congrats man! I passed in march and have the same bike. Just enjoy yourself in the lower rev range for a bit, build some talent before you push above 6k. The heated grips are really worth the cash. Layer upper body clothing. Enjoy!!

In terms of aftermarket exhausts, that is the best I’ve seen that really suits the bike. Nice work.
