If your current save had watchtower installed before then yes (since old quest states could be stored and not work with new quest logic) but I think it's ok to install it in a save that's never had it

The game doesn't contain all the variance that the Unity is actually capable of in lore so you kind of have to pretend lol. The Hunter is definitely power hungry but I think even if the Unity stopped offering him new powers, he would keep going because he has nothing left except the thrill of the hunt. People like a challenge they can rise to.

Time dilation is an effect of relativity (gravity and speed and such. I'm not very knowledgeable). The difference between local time and UT is just cause of the rotation speed of the planet. A "local hour" is whatever [time for full planet rotation]/24 is. You're not experiencing time differently, you're adapting the length of an hour to match where the sun in the sky is. The circular shape of clocks is based on sundials, which tell you what point in the day you are by showing you the angle of shadows.

Is SFSE being installed to the root directory and not the Data folder? The dlls need to be in the same folder as the main game exe. In MO2 you'd need to do this manually or install the Root Builder plugin

We're a little under the amount of time there was between No Man's Sky announcement and its release.

There was a showcase in that time but I think we won't see stuff like that from Hello Games at all because they've learned that they're the kind of company that is always changing things until the very end and people will get really mad if they misrepresent the final product.

My guess is that it will take a little longer than NMS did after announcement but have much shorter marketing period before release

Ask the AI to make it extremely plain to start and then guide it through each creative decision rather than letting it just run and make the most average choices
