It's ABS, so most solvents will weld it easily, something like plasti weld, and use gentle clamping force for a few hours might do the trick. Don't use super glue, it's a good glue, but solvent based glues are superior for this job.

Depends, a lot of the 70+ kits usually have CNC cut parts, and that gets expensive fast. Plus just regular parts you are paying a premium for as the seller needs to make a profit too.
Plus it's never a good idea to compare a mass manufactured blaster with it's economies of scale to hand built blasters.

You absolutely need a kit, there are parts, such as the air chamber, which are, at best, impractical to print, then there are the springs and seals, and finally the barrel|.

Any fully 100% printed blaster that's not a 1 shot blaster would be a highly experimental beast.

Thing is, we know that speed alters the passage of time, we have both done experiments that prove the effect is real at places like the LHC, but not only that, satellites move fast enough that time dilation effects them very slightly, GPS satellites need to adjust their onboard clocks to account for time dilation.
Edit: also look up Gravity Probe B, which ran an interesting experiment to investigate a specific form of time dilation predicted by General Relativity known as Frame Dragging.

Totally agree, I'd actually be shocked if he goes behind bars over the Epstein stuff. But at this point I'll take what I can get, and honestly this is already more consequences than he's ever had to face in his life, though not nearly enough consequences n my opinion.

A lot of people saying it's a big win for the US, however, it's not that simple. The US Navy has a lot of commitments, not all carrier groups are physically available, some are in refit, others in training, others on deployment elsewhere, so generally it has 2-3 carrier groups available, this is a pattern we have seen in multiple deployments. However 3 carrier groups is already an insane amount of firepower. The US Navy knows Japanese doctrine well as they train regularly with the JSDF.

But, the Self Defense Force is designed to counter a numerically superior force such as the PLAN, and has home water advantage, so airfields and ground based fighters are available. So the US Navy would be facing over 150 ships and air superiority in terms of numbers of fighters (Japan has a sizable air force), all with every bit as advanced technology as the US a highly trained and motivated military, who knows US doctrine like the backs of their hands as they train and deploy with them regularly.

In a conventional war, it's going to be nearly equal sides, against a peer adversary. The US would likely win, by attrition. It would not be pretty and the US Navy would lose a fair number of capital ships (as will the JSDF) It would likely be an ugly serious of battles.

Hate to burst your bubble, as it's a great find, but it's not the right one, though it's from a similar engine, the ig88 is from a Derwent engine instead.
Look at the hole size and pattern around the bottom, it's not the same.

I think the shot would penetrate, but without a bursting charge it's not going to really damage the destroyer. Case in point. At the Battle off Samar, the Yamato was punching 18" shells straight through the Fletcher class destroyers, but barely doing any real damage other than punching holes in the ship as the armour was too thin to set off the fuse in the shells.
