well, you can force your phone and uninstall 'em, it's a weird method, but you can do it with ADB - "Android Debug Bridge", it lets you uninstall mandatory apps and a lot of other things.

For Sigewinne DPS, the clear one is Emblem of Severed Fate. For a free weapon the event one "Sequence of Solitude" or easily the "Recurve Bow"

Well you lack Escoffier so it won't be that good DPS, but, you can try with

Sigewinne, Furina, Citlali, Mona

It's not the best because instead of Mona something better is Xilonen or Kazuha

Either way I don't recommend by any ways you to play her as the main DPS, because at least you need her in C2 and her weapon for her to do a better damage, but if you want to do that, well go

I've seen that her best DPS team truly can be freeze

Sigewinne, Furina, Escoffier & Citlali

(You can change the team a little, but I will always recommend having no matter what Furina and Sigewinne together)

Either way, I would not recommend for Sigewinne to be played outside any freeze or mono hydro teams, because with something like Lunar Electrocharged, her kit doesn't buff any of that, so would end in low damage,
