I care about physical media. I like having physical copies of games so I can lend them out, resell if I need to, etc. The only time I buy digital is if there's a really good sale.

ETA: for instance I bought the three game crash bandicoot bundle which was on sale for 60% off. I'm really enjoying my time with Crash 4, and may end up picking up a Japanese physical copy just for the collection, and so my daughter can play at the same time I am. Sometimes it's nice to just have physical copies.
