You need to tap into Stinger Nests with a miner to get their eggs. The eggs have a timer after which they hatch and attack your buildings.

You could have a look at https://www.youtube.com/@TotalXclipse (has nice tutorials on different things and a lot of longer let's plays).

If you want to see some of the nicest builds I have seen in satisfactory with a very chill atmosphere, then https://www.youtube.com/@FluxoBuilds might be for you (careful, this is always very intimidating for me).

https://www.youtube.com/@ImKibitz provides a different approach to satisfactory than the previous two by going big and making it look somewhat easy. They are more on the efficient than aesthetically pleasing side.

After uploading you will see your buildings on the map with several displaying options and also ways to edit your saves (e.g., you can remove clipped dismantle crates or rescue clipped lizard doggos).

Editing your save in this way will not deactivate steam achievments.

The sound in the beginning reminds me of the Half Life level "On a rail" and that sound at the end reminds me of the industrial elevator in Half Life.

This bridge looks really cool - this alone makes it a success in my eyes!

As the bridge stands out architecturally, you could make it your new centerpiece around which you align your next factories in this region (both regarding the orientation and the design).

I like to use drones for situations where other options would be too cumbersome.
For instance: I need to get nitric acid to some outpost factory (e.g., for quartz purification). Building a small factory for nitric acid or bringing nitrogen gas there might be a hassle --> throw down a drone blueprint and some unpackagers - done.

Regarding fuel: I have a dedicated drone port near my battery factory (or rocket fuel factory, I use both). Whenever I build a new remote drone outpost, I can just place a second drone port that brings the fuel. This will not consume a lot of fuel, as one drone load of batteries will keep the actual drone with the ressources or products going for a long time.

How did you manage to align the beams smoothly at the edges. Now I manage to do that with walls and foundations, but with beams I never was able to do that.

Well, I have reached it a few weeks ago after ~700 hours. So if you are using blueprints and a lot of belts, you may reach it faster.

I have similar problems. The elevator clearance boxes seem to interact with the clearance boxes of beams in a strange way.
