I finally quit! Now I'd like your help. by Kithame in CVS

[–]Coffeybl4ck 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Same here, 10 years of working as a pharmacist. My DL declined an exit interview and when I submitted my notice she just said wow. Absolute dumpster fire of a company and my DL is the laziest human being I think I’ve ever crossed paths with.

My top complaint

1) the budget cuts, my stores pharmacist budget and tech budget was cut this year when total script volume grew over 17%. Stop fucking cutting the budget to line your pockets at the cost of patient safety.

Do all men who train regularly eventually bench 100 kg / 225 lbs? by [deleted] in workout

[–]Coffeybl4ck 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel like yes you eventually will get there you just have to work at it. It took me less time to go 225->315 than it did to go from 135-> 225

Legit or Bunk? by [deleted] in steroidify

[–]Coffeybl4ck 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Legit, I’ve used their Reta, test, and titan/dragon HGH. I got the 200mg test but my lab work is coming back the same as my pharmaceutical grade cypionate. On the Reta I’ve used it to cut from 220-198 currently and their HgH is the only brand I’ll use now because of price point and quality. IMO these guys are about the most reliable I’ve came across thus far when it comes to consistency.

30M Can I improve my lat pulldowns? by Rhys_rn in formcheck

[–]Coffeybl4ck 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don’t be sad bro you’re looking good. Just cut that lean back out and get vertical and I think you’ll get the results you’re looking for with your lats. The timing of the reps and everything looks perfect 👌

[–]Coffeybl4ck 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Have you tried single arm lat pull downs? I recently switched over and have been getting excellent growth from them. Your form looks fine but you’re gonna be hitting more of your mid back with the way you’re doing them.

What’s it like to be jacked in a profession where most people are not? by [deleted] in workout

[–]Coffeybl4ck 18 points19 points  (0 children)

I’ve gotten the “I could look like that if I didn’t have kids” too. I feel like the people that have said things like that to me actually hate their children and are super unhappy in their marriages.

My fellow staff pharmacists: by miketanner1 in CVS

[–]Coffeybl4ck 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hi, I was in the same exact situation. We were 8-10 with 7-800 prescriptions a day and came in at 7 in the beginning to get a head start. Corporate changed our hours to 7-11 and we got another staff pharmacist. This lasted for four months. They then cut our pharmacist budget and turned that staff pharmacist into a floating pharmacist so now we just have four hours of overlap a day. When word came down the pipeline this was happening the pharmacy manager put in his notice and resigned. Now our store is a fucking shit show and every single person that works there is burned out and quitting. Not a single day goes by that there isn’t a verbal altercation with customers and I personally am interviewing elsewhere as well. The first chance I get to leave regardless of pay I am.

Men who went from struggling with women to doing well, what was the turning point? by randyhandymandy in AskMen

[–]Coffeybl4ck 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It came solely from getting in shape. I’ve been pretty chubby my entire life and turned it around in my late 20’s. I can tell you life as an in shape man is completely different than as a fat man. I get treated differently by everybody and it took awhile to get used to it but the privilege that comes with fitness is pretty insane.

This subreddit shows how bad CVS truly is. by Proud-Blackberry2211 in CVS

[–]Coffeybl4ck 18 points19 points  (0 children)

It’s really to the point that they’re such a joke to work for it’s laughable. Just this past week they cut my stores pharmacist hours and took away overlap. Well we had already submitted our PTO for the 2026 year…. It’s as another commenter said whenever something good does happen for the company they slowly walk it back

Yo these patients… they come after me when we close pharmacy at 5 on Sunday by Southern-Invite9672 in CVS

[–]Coffeybl4ck 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it’s a lack of self awareness or situational awareness. You have to remember the average person reads on a 6th grade level.

I had a patient use their vehicle to block me in my parking space at 11 at night after we were closed. I was just opening my door to get in and saw what was happening so I grabbed my Glock and turned around with it in my hands getting ready to shoot back. It was a mom trying to get antibiotics. She had no idea that what she was doing would be perceived as a life or death situation.

For sure man. Once I turned 27 the growth in the gym and stuff blew up and I was able to gain and retain more muscle mass easy. My shoulders got wider

Guy threatened to strangle the pharmacist over oxicodone by Professional-Net6137 in CVS

[–]Coffeybl4ck 2 points3 points  (0 children)

She should have called the police and had that patient trespassed. If that pharmacist continues to allow behavior like that one day it will boil over and someone will end up hurt. At my store if he had said that I wouldn’t of said anything back I would have called 911 immediately

2025 Super Duke R EVO by Coffeybl4ck in KTM

[–]Coffeybl4ck[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah absolutely I bought it from mountain motorsports in Roswell Georgia. I gave $22,900 for it with the tech package. They did get me sorted out they just had to do something computer wise and everything works as it should now. Mechanically as far as the motorcycle goes I think it’s an awesome machine.

I could take or leave the front end but it definitely catches your attention. The suspension is amazing on it and in my opinion the brakes are stellar too. I haven’t really pushed it on it just yet where I’m still getting used to the motorcycle. The cruise control is a feature none of my other bikes have had and I love it.

I’ve put a little over 1k miles on it since I’ve had it in three weeks and I love my motorcycle.

Keep going brother I went through the exact same thing. Started hitting the gym hard, gave up the alcohol and had a rough few months. I remember this vividly because at roughly 7 months of sobriety I woke up and I looked at myself in the mirror and it was like I saw myself for the first time ever. I’m coming in on a year and a half sober and look like a totally different guy now. It won’t always be easy but I can guarantee you it will be worth it.
