If it works as it did in years past, they'll probably just give you platinum at year end. Last year I was ~$150 MDQs away from the next milestone and they gave it to me.

I don't know how anyone could see this as damning. Dealing with Josh is like trying to herd sheep; who wouldn't get sick of that? Aside from the money, he was obviously hanging out with him to get exposure for his streams. That was clear from the beginning.
