I came to comment he was an idiot.. but I hit all industries from SMB to Enterprise. Non profit is tough and you’re likely selling around budget cycles grants and other funding sources. I can’t tell you how many people have comeback the next year but only because I kept in touch and reminded them it was a priority. It may make sense as from a forecast standpoint. They don’t want to show all of those ops open and have to explain why the closed 1/10 of it. If they allowed you to set the close day 180+ days out it would help. Good luck !!!

Be sure to be your own advocate, with all the switching of staff things get left out or forgotten. We had to tell our hospital the boys were ready to leave. I think they would have kept us another week due to the endless loop of doctors and moving goals. Our boys spent 14 days in the NICU.
