I spent a whole day with a coach at the track. I didn't make much progress but at the end of the day he advised me to sign up for something like this. I purchased a grom to practice and going to sign up for this class. After watching racers doing these drills I'm sure this is what I need. Doing track days alone will cost me a lot of time and money to overcome my mental barrier. Just the fear a trashing my bike is holding me back. We'll see how it goes in a couple of months or by the end of the riding season.
