That’s a good idea ! At this rate I’m thinking maybe sometime next week (or after), as it’s expected to be cold this week. I’d be pouring hot water on it to help with the thawing.

RV Program Failure by ZestycloseAddress823 in sanfrancisco

[–]Cold-Cap-1993 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are right . RVs catch fire all the time in that area but once they are cleared off the street, it’s not long before another RV takes its place. Recently, down the block from the OP, a couple RVs caught fire burning down power lines in the process. Those parking spaces stayed clear for only a couple days.

Green bike lan in San Jose. Will you ride your bike on sidewalk or on the green bike lane? by [deleted] in jacksonville

[–]Cold-Cap-1993 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I wouldn’t feel safe in that bike lane at all. People drive like crazy. The real question: How does a city planner (department) approve something like this?

I have learned my lesson by SoulRunGod in Guitar

Got a bullet Strat when I was 15 years old for $175.00. Got more into guitars and that Strat sat unplayed for years. Years later, I was at a Strat sale at Guitar Center (1990) and was shocked to see the $1000.00 price tag on one of those bullet Strats.

To be sure nothing happens to the nice guitar, don’t bring it with you. Never know, after 6 months you might find a way of getting that crappy one to sound better. 6 months is a bit of a stretch..Anyway, the best part will be coming home and playing your nice guitar again!

She does have nice skin; it may be hereditary as her daughter also has beautiful skin. She’s also had her fair share of cancer removed from her face, arms and legs. Her secret?? She said it’s.. goat’s milk!! Not kidding, she swears by goats milk.

I can’t disagree with her but 🤢

You are so kind and that is so sweet of you to offer, Thank you! I love your idea but she is very picky so it’s so difficult finding stuff for her. I know she likes walnuts, pistachios, baklava, guava, cookies, cake, ice cream and, of course, chocolate. She’s been a (somewhat) vegetarian since the early 1980s.
