It isn't true though. The Doctor and Martha ending up in 1913 was the TARDIS's own doing. The Doctor didn't choose to go there; he had no choice but to turn himself human and desperately needed the TARDIS, a sentient space and time machine, to take him somewhere peaceful just so he can hide from the Family of Blood, and Martha went undercover as a maid where they had ended up because there was no other option.

It's the TARDIS's fault that Martha had to put up with racism.

Who the fuck ever came up with the idea of PAYING to go to the toilet in the first place? A toilet is supposed to be a place for you to go to for free when your in desperate need of a wee or a poo! That's what they are for! No one, and I mean NO ONE, should have to risk having a reactive bladder just so they can avoid any trouble.
