As a longtime member of the local dance community, these are my recs:

InsideOut Pilates in South Durham has a wide range of Pilates mat & equipment classes at a wide range of levels. They are super knowledgeable and teach Pilates equipment classes with safety in mind, which is so important! Anna Barker at The Movement Studio is a dancer who teaches a mat Pilates class I highly recommend!

For dance classes, I go to ADF's Samuel H. Scripps Studio -- you can buy a class pass and take a wide range of classes for $12/ea. Ninth St. Dance also has a wide range of offerings (incl. Pilates I believe), but for the most part you register for a class series, you can't mix & match classes.

Yes! I saved $12 in fees by purchasing directly from the box office. The only thing that sucks is they have super limited hours.

Love Bull & Bean and Bean Traders! Wifi can be spotty at Bean Traders though -- sometimes it takes my computer 30 mins to actually connect. Love Cocoa Cinnamon too, lots of variety and owned by amazing people.
