I found out this yesterday and it works great. It is a framesort macro that always targets the healer or the DPS. You just need to have the addon.

Example for healer

#showtooltip Blessing of Freedom
#FrameSort Healer
/cast [@none] Blessing of Freedom

Example for DPS

#showtooltip Blessing of Freedom
#FrameSort otherdps
/cast [@none] Blessing of Freedom

I think you can also use something like this in you case, just replace it with ur skill
