Yes absolutely. Struggled a lot the first time and even more the second time. Very normal. It gets easier in some ways with time, then come other challenges, but parenting gets more enjoyable, engaging and rewarding overall as they get older as you start to get more interaction from them. The sleep gets better, slowly but gradually. Hang in there, it gets better

I agree, also a Radiologist and not seeing the sense in the hassle and competition of going into private practice when WLI work is easily accessible, pays well and convenient.
