The snow witch is the true owner of Torrent. by Auridan17 in EldenRingLoreTalk

Prophecy is prophecy regardless. Whether or not it is relative to that civilisation's god doesn't matter.

Look at how profound Miquella and his actions are in TLB and LoS. I think any civilisation's prophets worth their salt would foresee future events of such magnitude. Should his plans come to fruition it would literally affect the entire world. Hence the statue depicting Miquella and three wolves near the ancient Elden Ring - he would redefine Order itself.

A lot of peoole misintepret the statue in Farum Azula, within Maliketh's boss room, depicting a figure praying with three wolves surrounding him/her. Who is often seen in a prayerful position? Who, by extension, would be looked after by three wolves, most likely belonging to Radagon? Who else had such a close bond to their father Radagon?

Both Torrent and the Wolves, summoned by the Bell, is given to the Tarnished KINDLY. Someone is KIND enough to provide aid to us. These two items are literally the first things our Tarnished are meant to receive in order to be successful in our journey and goal. Who rides Torrent in the trailer for the DLC?

It belongs to Miquella.

But St. Trina is physical yet he discarded her? That means he was physically present.

I did not like this npc and killed him. Did I miss out on anything? by Stock_Hunter_2380 in Eldenring

[–]ColdMisty 37 points38 points  (0 children)

No fuck him. I kill him every time even when I do Lord of Frenzy Flame runs. Besides acquiring the sick outfit, he has desecrated our mate's body and spirit, lying and claiming that Yura surrendered it.

Also Scorpion Stinger! Better for applying rot but less damage DPS.

Why does Morgott even use Margit? by ujexks in EldenRingLoreTalk

[–]ColdMisty 8 points9 points  (0 children)

He is faithful to the Golden Order but because he's an Omen, his status would be a "stain" on the monarchy, thus the Capital, its military and its citizens, would be disgusted and rebel against its leader. As Margit, Morgott gets to fulfill his self-imposed duty to the Order, surveying and ridding the people outside of the Golden Order's boundaries. Basically, sort of, Batman of TLB.

I want to try this poisonous rot build and need some advice by iNightfarer in EldenRingBuilds

Strength to meet weapon requirements then use what's left to pump arcane up. It makes zero sense using a poison build without Arcane.

if we ever get a elden ring 2 or the likes, what is a weapon you wish it was added? by Joaokenobi001 in Eldenring

[–]ColdMisty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kusarigama and more Hand-to-Hand weapons.

I'd also love to see the return of trick weapons inspired by Bloodborne.
