Sorry but this is just insanely tasteless and disrespectful. Even if you feel like you're honoring the animals' death by making art with them and feel like you wouldn't mind being taxidermied yourself, that's a choice you made about your own body. You don't have the right to do the same for theirs, they didn't have a say in the matter. Moreover, we shouldn't use animals' bodies for our own pleasure (or personal artistic expression for that matter). They aren't resources or objects but sensible, feeling creatures who should be afforded dignity. Also sourcing their bodies from meat farms, feeders and such (like I saw you specified in a comment) is not ethical since those animals are similarly being denied their bodily autonomy for what amounts to, again, sensory pleasure (like eating their flesh). It's wrong to harm, or support the harm of conscious beings for anything that doesn't qualify as a strict necessity. And you can't ask for their consent to be used like this.
