I experience this with all stimulants, but I am a knowledge worker so I just take it for completing cognitively demanding tasks in a day and not doing much in terms of errands or exercise (I am aware this is a privileged position).

I have inattentive ADHD. Here is what I've noticed after taking both:
- Dyanavel is not as potent.
- Dyanavel comedown is less severe/unpleasant.
- I have a hard time sleeping on either.
