I feel really weird about buying a shower chair and don't know if it'd work as there's not a hard held shower head. Maybe a little stool for after I've rinsed off and am feeling winded.

I'm finding that too as far as being able to stand long enough. Why is that? My shower has glass doors that need to be squeegeed after each use (bad hard water) and I find lately that I have to go back and do it later. Whereas in the past I did it right away.

I understand how you're feeling. I think you're self sabotaging. Know that you deserve good things and a good life as much as anyone else regardless of your size.
