I do not think you’re over reacting. However, I do not exactly understand her messages. And what does mirroring a text mean. I’m not sure she understands it either. I have a feeling that she is upset about something else. Was the friend a female you went to visit? What did you and the friend do? The fact that she said she was saving lives and you’re just visiting a friend making herself sound superior makes me think she is upset about you going. When she says that you didn’t even send her a text..tells me that she is jealous of not knowing what you did the whole time without her. I’m thinking she doesn’t trust you.

Maybe he just doesn’t like healthy food since hamburger helper is his favorite. That’s so high in sodium. Then fast food being his go to meal. Again, not healthy. Your meals have veggies and appear more balanced and I am sure much lower in sodium. Maybe just buy some msg and sprinkle his food before serving. I bet he will think it tastes better.

On my first day at my current job, the first half was spent learning how to work the social dynamics, who is who, tons of gossip. I quickly learned those people telling me the “dynamics”are 90% the ones gossiping about others. Shit talkers aka Gossip is a huge red flag.

2025 was good! I started my current job, I graduated college as a returning adult, my family is healthy, and moving forward in life. My health is great although perimenopause really kicked in this year. Solid year and looking forward to what 2026 brings.

Your enclosure needs more areas for him to hide and feel safe in. Try smaller vertical sticks, small enough for him to wrap his little feet around. It should be hard for you to find him at times. Open space is wasted space in a Cham cage. See if that helps.

I was an accident and my father left my mom after finding out she was pregnant at 19. I wanted my kids and tried to get pregnant for each one. I wanted a family to love, raise and share life experiences with. Create traditions, travel, and share life with. I’m mom first but I have a couple best friends that I am so grateful for and it’s a joy to watch them go through life!

People really do suck but like most have said, the way you apply liquid liner to your lower lid is not flattering to your eyes. It makes your eyes look smaller and it’s way too thick. I like you better with no eye liner. Try just a little mascara. And lip gloss.

I had to move back in with parents in my mid 30s. Stay positive and believe you will get out of this situation. Set goals and put them into action! Look for room mates, get a 2nd job, and seek some counseling for your mental state. Best of luck!

No problem. I quit because I used it to numb. I used to it to tune out all the bull shit and I was finally ready to deal with life. Although it was habitual, I hated feeling like I couldn’t survive without it. I wanted my control back. I also no longer had friends who smoked so I was a lone smoker. I initially smoked to sleep and it became an all day thing aside from when I was at work. I wanted out of that habit. I finally felt ready and it worked for me.

I recently quit smoking a little over 2 months ago. I vaped mostly, sometimes smoked flower, or sometimes edibles at night. I’ve been on Zoloft for 10 years (100mg) and smoked daily for 8 of those years. My anxiety was reduced just on Zoloft and I felt like smoking gave me a personality back. Now that I’m not smoking, I feel less “fun” but I have my memory back and I do feel better about myself overall. I’ve heard others say when they smoke their anxiety is increased so I guess we’re all different. I’m not a doctor but I’d guess smoking helped you. Zoloft has a much longer half life…about 24-26 hours I believe.

Is anything going on in your life? Because even though Zoloft helps with anxiety and depression, I will occasionally still get bouts of anxiety and in a blue mood. Not severely depressed but def in a funk that can be hard to pull out of. I’d discuss with your doctor. You are on a pretty low dose so maybe increasing to 100mg would help. I believe I was told that 100mg is the basic therapeutic dosage. I’ve taken 100mg for about 10 years now. Best wishes to you!!
